Technical Support Engineer
Graid Technology is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional enterprise-level assistance for our customers. In this role, you’ll diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding customers to timely and effective resolutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues, track customer PoC and acceptance testing, and ensure each case is documented and closed with precision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you’ll prepare technical documentation and provide clear, consistent updates to customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about ensuring customer success through responsive, high-quality technical support.
