Quality Assurance Engineer

Graid Technology is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of SupremeRAID™. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and the development team to provide timely support and maintain a seamless testing process. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations, as well as designing comprehensive test plans and cases throughout the product development cycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated tests to enhance efficiency and consistency. Familiarity with storage systems or RAID architecture is a strong plus.
